The President of St. Philip's College invites applicants for the position of Dean of Educational Support Services. St. Philip's College is a multi-campus institution of the Alamo Community Colleges located in San Antonio, TX. A Historically Black College and Hispanic Serving Institution with a semester enrollment of approximately 10,000, St. Philip's is among the oldest and most diverse community colleges in the nation.
 
This position is responsible for all support services throughout the college to include Tutoring, Services for Students with Disabilities, Interpreting Services, Equity Center, Student Life, Service Learning, and Advisors in Residence. Minimum requirements: Master's degree in Counseling, Educational Psychology, Adult/Community Education or a related field, three years of directly related administrative or supervisory experience, and experience in the delivery of support services. Prefer: PhD, experience in a bilingual/multicultural community college.
