Project Coordinator: Horizon Software

What you will be doing:

· The Project Coordinator staff is responsible for coordinating projects to support business process and technical consultation, installation, training, and supporting new client installations

What we are looking for:

• Four year degree (MIS, Computer Science, IST, Systems Engineering, Business Administration) Or 5 years of applicable work experience
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to train users with varying computer experience
• Ability to quickly identify and solve problems
• Career-minded with a strong work ethic
• Must be self-sufficient yet work well as part of a team
• 10% travel required
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance
• Windows 2000 / XP / Server 2000 & 2003
• Basic Networking
• MS Office (w/emphasis in Access and Excel
• Basic Database skills (SQL, SQL+)

o Basic Database Administration

o Write and execute basic queries

Preferred Knowledge or Experience with the following would be a plus:

· Retail IT / Food Service Industry IT / Healthcare IT

• Previous Customer Training skills
• Project Management experience, familiarity with MS Project
• Certified PMP
