Quality Associate I, Change Control

- Create and edit Medication Delivery documents for changes following the requirements outlined in the Division and Corporate documentation procedures.
- Interface with Medication Delivery Business Units, Support Organizations, and Manufacturing Facilities as part of the change control process. Work with Medication Delivery General Office Quality (MDGOQ) change control customers to resolve issues.
- Manage tasks associated with tracking and maintaining the administrative portion of the Medication Delivery General Office Quality change control system.
- Perform Routine documentation assignments of tasks that are a focused portion of a larger project (e.g., project plan documentation).
- Support Medication Delivery General Offices Quality during inspections and audits.
- Provide guidance to help resolve issues with data and change control.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor?s Degree in Biological Sciences or Engineering or 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Strong problem solving skills (ability to identify issues and work to resolve them) and project management skills, including time management and ability to prioritize.
- Experience in a professional team environment involving wide variety of tasks and responsibilities.
- Good written/oral communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and be flexible to changing priorities.
- Must have a strong customer focus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Work, Access, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes.
