Maverick Recruiting is currently seeking a dynamic, energetic, and relationship sale driven individual to be part of its newly developed Staffing and Recruitment firm located in RI. In this role you will work directly with the Principal of Maverick Recruiting as an Independent Sales Consultant/Recruiter networking and developing relationships with key clients and prospects in the RI/MA/CT region as well as Nationally to develop new business. ( there are not any territory limitations). This will include daily warm/cold calling, face to face client meetings,candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing as well as managing the interview process with the candidates/clients from start to finish. Additionally, you will negotiate agreements and terms with your clients while building strong, positive relationships. There is active business in place for you to work with upon coming on board !
You will work from your home office (independently but also as a team) while working closely with the Recruitment Team and keeping lines of communication open. Recruiting resources and tools will be provided to you as well as marketing materials as necessary.

Maverick Recruiting offers an excellent pay-for-performance plan that will offer consultants between a 70% and 80% commission pay out on all successful placements/fees billed to respective clients. Average fees can range from $7,000.00 to $15,000.00.
