Performance Friction is a racing and high performance disc brake manufacturer and a leading researcher and innovator in disc brake technology with an immediate need for an experienced hands-on CNC Programmer.

· Seeking aggressive, hands-on, results-oriented professional

· Experience in CNC programming, G-Code and CadCam

· Hands on Experience with

o Fanuc Controls.

o Machining centers (Vertical and Horizontal).

o Turning Centers (2 to 6 Axis).

o Automated vertical turning center.

o Job set-up.

o Ability to use Inspection Equipment.

o Ability to understand GD&T.

o Demonstrable record of cost reduction in manufacturing processes.

o Able to train up operators and leadsmen.

· High level of accountability in a competitive industry.

  • Understanding of TS 16949 quality system a plus.
  • Fast-paced position for someone who wants to make a difference.
  • Overtime may be required.
  • Salary is commensurate with capabilities.
