Mental Health Residential Support Provider: District 19 CSB

District 19 is seeking a qualified applicant to provide residential support services to individuals with serious mental illness living in supervised living program. Essential job duties of this position include: provision of training in medication management, community integration and socialization, adult daily living skills, budgeting, health and safety, residential placement stability and to be responsible for developing and implementing individualized service plans. The applicant must be able to easily establish and maintain a pleasant working relationship with other care providers common to the consumer both in/out of D19. Successful applicant must have: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field; demonstrated one year experience minimum working with consumers with serious mental illness and dually-diagnosed consumers; valid VA driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Prefer knowledge of appropriate documentation and word processing skills. Positions are part time, 18 to 24 hours per week, to include evenings and weekends.

Starting hourly rate commensurate with experience/training. No benefits.

Position above requires valid VA Driver's License with acceptable motor vehicle record, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening.
