We are currently searching for:


RN/ LVN Branch Manager Mesquite/Dallas Office: RN or LVN to serve as Branch Director for our busy Mesquite office. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, assisting with communication to insurance companies,physicians office and hospitals; hiring and training as needed; organizing and maintaining office equipment and supplies; while maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Must have at least three years nursing experience and one year management experience. (Call Sheila at 972-524-5800 about this position)

LVN Field Nurse Mesquite/Dallas South Dallas areas : Part-time (PRN) positions for nurses to provide home health visits in the following territories: Mesquite/Garland; Dallas; South Dallas; Oak Cliff and Pleasant Grove areas.

LVN / RN Rockwall Office: Part-time (PRN) weekend position for nurses to provide home health visiti in the Rockwall, Royce City, Rowlett, Wylie areas.

RN Primary Home Care and CBA Case Manager: full time or part-time (PRN) positions available for a nurse to provide admissions, visits and quarterly supervisory visits for the Primary Home Care and Community Based Alternative programs in Terrell, Wills Point, Emory and surrounding areas.

Physical Therapist / Physical Therapy Assistant: Full-time and part-time (PRN) positions for PT or PTA to provide home health visits in Dallas and surrounding areas.

Occupational Therapist / Occuapitonal Therapy Assistant: Full-time and part-time (PRN) positions for OT or COTA to provide home health visits in Dallas and surrounding areas.


Requirements:

  • At least one year home health care experience as a licensed nurse
  • Possess good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Present current license in good standing with the state of Texas
