Machine Shop Specialist Description The Machine Shop Specialist maximizes labor sales, operating efficiencies, and profits in machine shop operations. The Machine Shop Specialist also recommends equipment upgrades and evaluates assets, personnel, and facilities for potential acquisitions. Additional responsibilities would include providing assistance upon request to independent CARQUEST jobbing customers via on-site visits, developing and maintaining forms for use in the shop environment.
