The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for building productive relationships and partnering with Brokers and Third Party Administrators (TPAs) to consult on new business opportunities.. Leverage cross selling opportunities. Contribute to the achievement of the corporate financial goals through selling new business, up selling to existing business, implementation of new plans and managing existing accounts to ensure retention and growth targets are achieved. Assist in responding to Request For Proposals.
Territory is the state of Ohio and may potentially include Indiana and West Virgnia and/or Michigan.
Qualifications Qualifications:

5+ years Stop Loss sales experience

Excellent time and territory management skills

Strong interpersonal/relationship development skills

Excellent communication skills, ability to present, write and converse effectively with multiple audiences of varying levels of sophistication.

Demonstrated ability to understand and develop strategies for multiple markets.

The ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision

Reliable, insured transportation and a valid driver's license

A license to sell health insurance in the state of Ohio

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
