The Registered Nurse is responsible for the development and implementation of direct patient care under the provisions of the Mass. State Practice Act. They utilize the nursing process and collaborate with the other health care disciplines to deliver holistic resident care0. RNs assess residents for care and delegate appropriate assignments to LPNs and unlicensed personnel. Requirements include current RN MA licensure, CPR certification, medical surgical experience, flexibility and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
