Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable
Full time accounts-payable, purchasing and administrative assistant for non-profit child welfare agency.
Responsibilities include:
Ø Accounts Payable: verify and pay all outstanding invoices Ø Manage petty cash accounts and transactions Ø Complete employee reimbursements Ø Responsible for agency purchasing (business cards, letterhead, brochures, cleaning supplies, office supplies, etc) Ø Track agency cell phones and pagers Ø Secretarial duties for Executive Director and agency Board of Trustees
Position requirements:
Ø High school diploma Ø Excellent computer, time management and decision-making skills Ø 3-5 years related experience strongly preferred
