Position Description:

DJO has an immediate opening for Product Support Representatives I for our Distribution Center located in Plainfield, IN.

The Product Support Representative I provides technical support and customer service to product end-users, dealers, and sales staff. Responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of all customer orders, returns and inquiries supporting multiple channels and brands.

Qualifications:

Education

- High School Diploma required

- One-year higher education or college with concentration in technical related field, or one year of technical customer service related experience

Experience

- Must have 1 year technical experience troubleshooting products via the telephone

- Mechanical and/or electrical experience preferred

- Minimum one year successful Customer Service experience required or demonstrates skills and performance necessary to perform essential job functions

- Communication skills, both written and oral, are professional and well developed.
Computer Skills

– PC proficiency including order entry and MS Office Products required

- Track record of company longevity / loyalty (3+ years)
