Technical Analyst I

DESCRIPTION:
Provide support for our internal Customers, complete Change Requests, resolve and update problem tickets, install and configure standard software packages, install and configure standard hardware, serve as Field IT project’s resources, resolve many technical issues without assistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide remote and/or on-site Field IT operational support, maintenance, problem solving, configuration and installation
  • Conduct Account Management Reviews in accordance with established CCE procedures
  • Comply with CCE processes consistent with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
  • Maintain and update accurate problem/change ticket log
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors and other technical groups to resolve complex IT issues
  • Communicate effectively with internal peers, clients, and managers
  • Troubleshoot routine to complex IT problems
  • Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of assets
  • Ensure compliance with CCE and IT standard operating procedures and policies
  • Proactively identify potential problems and make recommendations regarding solutions
  • Occasional overtime and travel to various work locations may be required
  • Accurately track and account for hours worked



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Communication, time management and client management skills
  • Written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions within established guidelines and policies
  • Knowledge of a networked desktop environment, and associated hardware and software
  • Proficient at troubleshooting PCs in a LAN environment
  • Ability to explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and fosters understanding
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to changes, and resolving conflict


QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 2 plus years of Technical Support experience REQUIRED
  • Experience in Wintel environment
  • Customer Service experience
  • Able to travel – Valid Driver’s License, willing to travel by car or airplane
