Coventry Heath Care is currently seeking candidates for the following rewarding positions in our Harrisburg TecPort office: Supervisor, Medicare Customer Service Operations
We are currently looking for a Supervisor to join our Medicare Claims and Customer Service team in the Harrisburg office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and motivate a cross functional team to meet government standards regarding coordinated care products (Medicare). Strong leadership skills are required as well as previous experience and/or knowledge of Medicare Government Programs. We offer an excellent benefit program (most benefits start on the first day of employment), paid time off, 401K with a company match and tuition reimbursement.
Job Requirements include:
- High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Significant experience in health care (usually 6-7 years); 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
- Management of inbound customer service call centers preferred.
- Strong knowledge of government programs.
- Process improvement skills.
- Ability to train employees on all products and processes.
- Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to implement service strategies for internal and external customers.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to drive change.
