• Dynamic compensation plan which rewards our bankers based on several categories, including referrals to our other lines of business within the bank.
• Written service level agreement between ops and sales, ensuring the best service available to your borrowers.
• Solid benefits plan including 401K match contributions and profit sharing.
• Corporate internal compliance and audit department to implement regulatory changes, allowing you to focus on loan origination.
• Ability to lend on subject properties in the following states: MO, IL, KS, IN, WI, MI, MN, FL & AZ.
