For more information, please visit www.Fiserv.com.Shift 2:15pm to 11pm MTWR; 12:30-9 F + Saturdays 11:30-8 (You can select one day during the week to have off)Pay Range: $10-$12 + Shift Differential for working non-traditional hours.Position Purpose: This successful associate is responsible for guiding customers through the lease end process to achieve desired financial outcomes as defined by client objectives. Responsibilities:Negotiate vehicle sales with customers by selling customers on the value of their off-lease vehicle(s).Direct customers through the lease-end negotiation process toward desired outcomes of re-leasing or selling based on client goals and objectives.Utilize various sales/financial tools (e.g. price discount offers, refinancing, releasing, extensions, rate subventions and credit pre-approvals) to achieve desired results.Maintain Fiserv/client customer service/satisfaction standards in all customer contacts.Educate customers with respect to their contractual lease-end obligations if the decision not to re-lease or by is made.Work assigned in-bound/out-bound calling queues to ensure client servicing objectives are exceeded.Assist fellow Lease Consultants in all other team functions assigned by management.Skills:Ability and willingness to spend most of the day engaged in telephone discussion with customers.Sales orientatedStrong negotiating skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with daily work processing deadlines.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.Investigating skills.Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to handle conflict professionally and respectfully.Must be able to make decisions independently when confronted by situations outside the norm.Ability to spend majority of the day engaged in telephone discussion with customers.Experience:Associates degree or 1-2 years work experience in a similar function required.Basic financial skills required.Intermediate proficiency with PC/Windows related software (MSOffice) required.Minimum of 1 year saleswork experience.
