Billion$ NYC fashion company has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant.
Under the direction of the Executive VP - the candidate's role will be to provide administrative support to the Services management team ensuring effective communication flow within the division.
Duties will include:
- Provide administrative support to the fashions and Executive Team
- Manage incoming phone calls and faxes
- Act as an assistant to the Chairman
- Coordinate events
- Manage meeting venues
- Serving Food & Beverages, Clearing up venues after the meetings
- Provide administrative support to internal and external customers
- Prepare minutes for meetings
- Special projects as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience – executive level an asset
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent organization skills and detail oriented
- Excellent analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi task
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent phone handling skills
Hours of Work
· 8:30-5:00
· Some overtime required
Salary to 50K + Bonus + clothing allowance!
