Administrative Assistant

Billion$ NYC fashion company has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant.

Under the direction of the Executive VP - the candidate's role will be to provide administrative support to the Services management team ensuring effective communication flow within the division.

Duties will include:

  • Provide administrative support to the fashions and Executive Team
  • Manage incoming phone calls and faxes
  • Act as an assistant to the Chairman
  • Coordinate events
  • Manage meeting venues
  • Serving Food & Beverages, Clearing up venues after the meetings
  • Provide administrative support to internal and external customers
  • Prepare minutes for meetings
  • Special projects as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience – executive level an asset
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent organization skills and detail oriented
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi task
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent phone handling skills

    Hours of Work

    · 8:30-5:00

    · Some overtime required
