Third Party Audit Coordinator 2 Job Description: SummaryThe primary purpose of this position is to monitor and coordinate all external agency audits with stores and field supervisory associates. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws. Essential Duties andResponsibilitiesThe associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned: - Act as lead coordinator regarding audits, assist and advise other Audit Coordinators, and delegate tasks as necessary to meet workflow.
- Work with corporate departments, field offices, audit companies, and third-party agencies to resolve audit issues or identify system problems within the Rite Aid Dispensing System (RADs).
- Create audit schedules and assist with the necessary notifications.
- Review the audit database regarding outcomes to ensure corporate compliance, submission of check requests, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Create routine and ad hoc reports to compile audit statistics and to aid in management decision-making.
