Quality Surveilance Analyst

Description

Defined Term for 6 to 8 months

Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems. Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to determine responsibilities. Recommends corrective actions, dispositions and modifications.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills
· Working Knowledge of applicable QSR, ISO, or equivalent GXP systems.
· Excellent oral and writing skills, including grammar, spelling, and vocabulary.
· Ability to interface and collaborate with peers and participate in cross-function teams.
· Excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills.
· Good investigative and trouble-shooting skills.
· High degree of motivation for customer responsiveness.
· Excellent organization and follow-through
· Word processing, computer spreadsheet, and database processing skills.

Experience, Education & Training
Combination of four year degree in a scientific discipline and 2-4 years Quality, Regulatory, or Operations experience in a regulated industry (medical device / pharmaceutical / biotech).
