Job Description: 
Product Manager, AtomFilms AtomFilms.com (http://www.atomfilms.com), a division of MTV Networks, is an online video pioneer and one of today's leading digital brands for original independent entertainment. The ideal candidate for this position will be a community advocate who understands the dynamics of online communities with a particular focus on online video users and creators. This position is located at AtomFilms' downtown San Francisco headquarters. Responsibilities · Evaluate new features and functionality for Atom to be relevant and successful in the community & social networking space · Track and report on competitive landscape and community behavior patterns to drive product design decisions · Generate detailed product specification documents and wireframes · Manage project tasks, resources, timelines and communicate project status with project stakeholders
Required Qualification/Skills:  
Qualifications · 3+ years of relevant experience · Deep knowledge of online community management & development · Proven ability to manage design, production and engineering resources · Excellent communication and writing skills in English · Knowledge of Web development processes · Strong analytical and quantitative skills · BS or equivalent experience Pluses · Knowledge of MS Project · Experience with quality assurance and bug management · Familiarity with video creation and online video
