The Call Center Product Support Agent V is responsible for supporting the organization by handling incoming customer calls using Siebel, Imsprod, and Tandem systems. This position interacts with our team of associates, providing top-notch customer support, resolving problems for both external and internal clients and processing revenue related transactions while looking for sales opportunities.

We seek a candidate who can thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment and handle deadline pressure.
