SAP Security Analyst I - (Job Number: HV-0364-20090915) Description Job description / objectives
Support security across all SAP landscapes to enact and ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to secure CCE assets.
Responsibilities: Assist in the day to day activities of the SAP Security Team
- Ensure SAP instances and users are being properly secured
Implementing effective application security solutions
- Facilitation of security requirement /specification gathering process for SAP Security
- Design and development of SAP application security roles
- Development of custom security solutions when necessary to meet business requirements
- Development of solutions for securing custom transactions, tables, and programs
- Design and coordination of all application security testing activities
- Development and promotion of application security development standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Periodic review and revision of application security roles to accommodate the changing needs of the business
- Design and implementation of user administration solutions for new applications and transition of process to appropriate administration teams
- Understand of SAP Project Landscapes management from Design to Run
- Understand of SOX, Audit and Segregation of Duties issues and role remediation
Security Support
- Manage SAP security for development, quality assurance, sandbox, training, and production systems
- Facilitation of vendor security access
- Support for technical security role issues and ERP team user administration
- Second and third level support for SAP Security
- Provision of support (both technical and business focused) for all implementation and infrastructure events including, but not limited to: technical and business cutovers, upgrades, decommissioning, and re-purposing of systems
Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements:
- Four year degree in a relevant field preferred or an equivalent amount of post-secondary education and experience
- 1+ years experience with SAP experience REQUIRED in one or more of the following areas - Human Resources, BW/BI, SRM, CRM, APO, EBP, Enterprise SAP Portal, ECC 6.0 (FI/CO, MM, SD, FSCM, PM...), XMII
- 2+ years of experience or training in Security fundamentals
- Audit / Internal Controls experience or training
- Please note we are looking for candidates that have residency or live in the state of KY.
