Human Resources Director: Griffin Technical College

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor's degree from a four year college or university *and*
  
• Two years of full-time work experience in a human resources area that involved transactions, leave administration, benefits, etc.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (In addition to the minimum qualifications)

• Masters Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• PHR/SPHR Certification and
  
• Experience in governmental HR software modules preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Under broad supervision, manages human resource functions, including compensation, benefits, recruitment, employee relations, training and personnel/payroll transactions for a technical college.
  
• Implements personnel policy and procedures.
  
• Supervises or directs the work of technicians and/or administrative staff.
