Senior RFIC Design Engineer
Development and design of products using RFIC design skills and techniques including but not limited to designing CMOS RFIC blocks (VCO, LNA/MIXER, PLL), RFIC layout and electromagnetic modeling of RF devices.
M.S. or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related degree, plus 5 years of experience with Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design or a PhD in Electrical Engineering or related degree
