The Events Division is currently seeking an Integrated Marketing Solutions Manager (IMSM). We are seeking a highly motivated, team player able to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced environment. The IMSM is responsible for client management and external campaign strategy ensuring that projects are implemented on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will oversee the production and deployment of multiple simultaneous integrated marketing programs and various events and event related products, including webinars, road shows, and e-bulletins.

The IMSM will provide quality control and consultative direction of all activities to ensure the right messaging is going to the right markets, utilizing the right channels while collaborates with internal resources, client and outside vendors, as appropriate.

Required Qualifications:

• Four Year Degree
• Three to five years minimum experience in marketing or related discipline
• Strong project planning and project management skills required
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Email campaign deployment systems
• Solid analytical and reporting skills
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
