Phone Banker

As a Wells Fargo Phone Banker, you'll answer inquiries, resolve problems, and promote and sell products and services for Wells Fargo customers. Phone Bankers have clearly defined objectives around sales and service that are measured daily. Phone Bankers are responsible for responding to both routine and complex inquiries and complaints from customers regarding financial products and services. The best Phone Bankers thrive on customer interaction and capitalize on opportunities to enhance the customer's relationship with Wells Fargo. This position requires basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple applications and utilize search tools to find information.
