 Part time 24 hours/week.; weekends only Saturday, Sunday 10 0r 12 hour shifts. 6a ‹ 6:30p

Job Description

THIS POSITION WILL BE LOCATED IN CHARLOTTE NC

Assists patients, families, visitors and other Presbyterian Healthcare guests in our lobbies by providing excellent customer service information to our guests.

High school diploma required. Experience in a customer service environment needed. Knowledge, skills and abilities required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing; courteous, neat appearance, calm and confident manner, good communication skills, caring attitude. Ability to multitask while providing Excellent Customer Service. Proper grammar and clarity of speech a must. Must be able to function independently.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
 Sedentary Work - lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects, including the human body, weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of weight frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time). Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
