Part-Time Ground Service/ Ramp agents MGM: Pinnacle Airlines, Inc.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Accepts and accommodates passengers and their personal belongings for transportation on Pinnacle flights.

· Follows and enforces security and hazardous material regulations at locations to ensure the safety and integrity of customer and company property, as well as company/other aircraft and facilities.

· Maintains facilities and equipment so as to ensure a neat, safe, efficient operating environment.

· Completes daily, weekly and monthly reports and records as required for the efficient aircraft operations of the facility and aircraft.

· Provides for the safety of customers, guests, and employees and other persons any time they are on or in company property or aircraft; or within the air operations area in use by Pinnacle Airlines.

· Provide assistance to passengers in need and directing pedestrian traffic.

· Comply with all Pinnacle/Other Airlines operating and safety procedures and policies.

· Work under the direction of an assigned supervisor or lead in the ground service division.

· Marshalling aircraft, loading/unloading and sorting luggage/cargo.

· Operating machinery, (tugs, push-back equipment, commissary trucks, lav and water carts, etc.) refueling and cleaning ground equipment, and removing (FOD) debris from tarmac.

· Reporting cargo and passenger boarding on flight.

· Cleaning aircraft cabins and some exterior surfaces, company facilities, and potable water carts and cabinets.

· Servicing aircraft lavatory waste tanks.

· De-icing aircraft.

· Meets Company and social standards of dress and conduct standards at all times while representing the company either on or off the job.
