Job Description

Position Requirements:

5 - 7 years related experience and knowledge of inspection and analysis methods in design, fabrication or production of electrical equipment or other manufactured industrial products. Must be familiar with ISO 9000 standards. Must possess strong interpersonal skills to include (written and spoken communication, & presentations). Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite, and also possess general computer skills. Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering degree is required.


Responsibilities include:

- Strong customer focus as role requires being the "lead" on customer satisfaction team
- Activities include tracking non-conformance material, performing component/product inspections and loading/analyzing quality data.
- Provides guidance and leadership to other Quality Engineers and manufacturing personnel in developing process improvements & elimination of production issues.
- Inputs quality statistical data including customer complaints, non-conformance reports, and cost of quality information.
