Inside Sales- Territory/Regional Sales

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow sales within an assigned region through telecommunications with new and existing customers.
• Prospect, identify, qualify and manage your sales pipeline
• Develop a strong relationship with new and established customers
• Sell products to new and established customers
• Call on new and existing accounts to obtain orders by phone, fax, and/or email.
• Respond to customer inquiries and anticipate customer needs through ongoing contact
• Handle all customer issues from inception to final resolution
  Maintain high level of customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in inside sales of a product
• A proven ability to "close the deal" with a bright, go-getter, organized attitude and the ability to develop and keep strong, loyal customer relationships
• Working knowledge of Customer Relations Management software, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
