We are seeking an uncommon professional to join our team as a Sales Manager, Regions to:
- Lead, manage and develop Sales Executives who serve as key contacts for assigned credit unions in the development of new, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales Specialist Manager and Account Consultant Manager to ensure effective utilization of sales, service and/or technical support resources to assist the Sales Executives in meeting overall sales and business objectives.
- Territory and Location: Territory is supporting states in the West Region (AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, OR, UT, WA, WY). Ideal candidate to reside anywhere in the West Region near a major airport.
You must bring to the table…
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance or related field or an equivalent trade-off of related professional work experience; Three to five years of sales leadership experience with specific experience in field sales management; Proven sales ability and successful track record in sales.
- Success in creating a sales environment and leading people in a manner that fosters sustained high performance; In-depth knowledge of financial services industry; knowledge of credit union movement preferred; Ability to effectively build business relationships with internal and external clients.
- Ability to attract and retain talent for the organization; Effective communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, as well as relationship building and customer service skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time is required.
