Customer Service Teammate Description The Customer & Store Sales Representative serves CARQUEST customers via the phone and in person at the store, re-stock and maintain store retail displays, assist in inventory control and stock adjustments/warehouse returns, and develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales. Additional responsibilities will include Responsibilities will include providing information to customers regarding available CARQUEST programs, assisting store managers with customer complaints and problems, verifying and maintaining customer inventory levels, and setting up training clinics. EDUCATION: Associates Degree Three years sales experience in the Automotive Aftermarket JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driving license and a good driving record Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
