Baylor Health Care System is a not-for-profit, faith-based healthcare system with many care locations in the Dallas-Ft. Worth community. SUPERVISOR PARKING
The Supervisor of Parking plans, organizes, and supervises all facets of Parking Services. Utilizes
leadership and communication skills to monitor and supervise all subordinate staff while responding
to customer concerns. Coordinates with other departmental Supervisors,Managers, and Directors to develop and maintain policy and procedure while adhering to operational budgets. (Commercial Driver's
License preferred.)

I. Supervise System-wide Parking and Transportation Personnel.
II. Work within defined budget and carry out operational objectives.
III. Assist with policy development and revenue management.
Coordinate System-wide parking assignments, valet operations, and
transportation.

V. Effectively respond to customer needs and concerns.
Job Requirements
Must be able to pass a Pre-employment physical, pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
Must have prior parking facility supervisory experience.
Must have had experience with direct reports.
Must possess and maintain a valid Texas driver license and driving record that meets BHCS insurance standards for duration of employment in this position.
Should have experience in Valet operations and ability to understand DOT laws


Associate Degree
