Position: Technical Recruiter

Salary: Base salary plus commission on placements

Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding of technical requirements from the Clients & Account Executives.
- Posting jobs on various job boards and searching for suitable candidates for every requirement.
- Searching and sourcing of candidate profiles from job boards.
- Dealing with 3 rd party agencies for qualified candidate profiles.
- Conduct thorough technical screening and reference checks for selected candidates.
- Negotiate with third party vendors on rate and contract related issues.
- Schedule and co-ordinate with Clients/Account managers for final interviews for short listed candidates.
- Provide feedback and confirmation of resume submittals to Account Executives with in 24-hr period of receiving job requisitions.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for selected consultants with internal HR team for employment orientation.
- Demonstrate team work within the recruiting department and cross-functional relationships with Sales team members.
Job Requirement:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting in the Information Technology & Staffing industry.
- B.S degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience in recruiting candidates, negotiating rates, signing agreements and resolving issues during the assignment.
- Good understanding of Client's requirements and proficient in searching and browsing Internet tools.
- Expertise in MS Office tools - MS word, Excel and MS Outlook.
- Ability to understand the technical requirements and act fast to present the qualified resources to the Sales/Business development team.
- Have ability to search/recruit proactively for various requirements.
- Extensive experience in thorough technical screening of prospect consultants in ERP(Oracle Applications, SAP), Web Technologies, Business Analysis, Database Management, CRM Applications, Business Intelligence Tools, Quality Assurance, System & Network Applications.
- Should be able to multi-task and prioritize the job orders on need basis.
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
