Job Description:
Administration of the company's time and attendance and payroll systems.
Timely and accurate delivery of payroll and related client service, including recordkeeping and reporting.
Provides accounting and project management support to Finance.
Requirements:
2 Year Technical Degree with a concentration in Accounting Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience administering and processing payroll, maintaining payroll records and reports Previous experience working with SAP - General Ledger and QuickBooks is a MUST Previous experience supporting finance and accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general accounting Experience working with time and attendance, payroll and HRMS systems. Knowledge of payroll and accounting practices and principles Intermediate application of MS Office (Excel, Access) and QuickBooks Basic project management skills Ability to multi-task effectively Good communication skills Able to effectively maintain composure while working under stress and tight time-lines. Available after hours and weekends (if needed) Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time. Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis. Able to perform general office administrative activities: copying, filing, delivering and using the telephone. Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally. Regular and on-time attendance. Hours regularly exceed 40 hours per week. Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
