Currently, we have an opportunity for an experienced Technical Sales Representative in our Atlanta, Georgia territory.
Summary
Represents Chemetall by contacting established and prospective customers for the purpose of selling industrial and surface treatment chemicals and associated process equipment. Provides a proficient and complete sales and service skill set which insures optimal product performance, safe usage and greatest customer value.
Qualifications · B.S. Degree in Chemistry, business and/or marketing or equivalent field experience preferred · Industrial marketing/sales experience (3-5 years) preferably in specialty chemical sales. · Very good verbal, written and analytical skills. Ability to make presentations and proposals. · Well organized sales planning and territory management skills with business and management skills · Computer skills, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and data base development. · Overnight travel requirement approx. 20%
Major Job Responsibilities: · Sales Analysis and Planning including territory management planning · Sales Execution and Support Activities · Customer Service · Supervises the installation and use of Company products. Will be primary lead in the field with start-ups in the territory.
This position reports directly to a Regional Sales Manager.
