We are a part of the C.B. Development Group located in the Western suburbs, which is made of up of 13 private investors & business owners, each specializing in marketing, advertising, or real estate.

As the market changes, so must we. With the foreclosure market at an all time high, most of our investors specialize in short sales as an acquisition strategy and have a buyers list of investors in which properties are wholesaled as an exit strategy.
