TITLE: ESIS Business Development Manager

KEY OBJECTIVE:

Plan, coordinate, and implement sales and marketing strategies for the Assigned territory.

MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead the Sales Process for accounts identified as targets in the Branch Business Plan

* Manage relationships with producers within the territory

* Produce opportunities through Cross Marketing of other ACE USA products at the branch/regional level

* Coordinate regional/branch activities held to ensure that ACE’s presence, commitment, and capabilities are known in the marketplace

* Integrate into branch planning (working with product line) target industry and target account strategies

* Participate in branch planning process

* Evaluate branch progress/results

* Provide recommendations for action plans based on evaluation to meet branch goals

Desired Qualifications:

* Strong marketing orientation with demonstrated ability to effectively interact with brokers

* Strong Presentation Skills

* Strong Research/Analytical Skills

* Accuracy, efficiency, quality and good judgement

* Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills

* Ability to manage deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment

* College Degree or equivalent insurance/marketing business experience

Accountable for all Financials within the ESIS product line in conjunction with the CBS team in Wilmington, Delaware. Financial accountability includes:

* Service Fee collection of invoices not to exceed 60 days of delinquency

* Claim Fund collection of invoices not to exceed 60 days of delinquency

* Claim Fund analysis to be reviewed quarterly and adjusted within the ESIS guidelines

Upgrade competencies:

* Attend ACE/ESIS sponsored seminars

* Attend industry designation classes

* Participate in establishment of Branch Goals/Management Planning
