Job Description
Ideal candidate must have 3 to 8 years of experience with very strong conceptual & hands-on application and technology skills as outlined below:
• Must have hands on .NET development experience and database design experience
• Expert knowledge of Visual Studio.NET, .NET framework, ASP.NET, VB.NET and C#.
• Knowledge of technology frameworks and standards.
• Familiarity with component based development methodology.
• Familiarity with object oriented design and development concepts.
• Analytical and design skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good oral & written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
The consultant's primary responsibility will include working as part of a team in defining architecture, designing and developing front/back end architecture. Consultant must assist in providing concepts and strategies in the architecture, design and development of .NET/C# based applications to support business applications.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
In-depth skills/experience of web based .NET systems/platforms, specifically Microsoft Visual Studio.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server and related integrated development environments

Plus skills:

AJAX, WCF, WPF, LINQ, Agile Methodology.
