Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Our AO resources can expect to: Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients. Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all areas Enjoy our comprehensive and generous benefits packageThe SAP Finance Level 2 Support role will be responsible for providing Level 2 Help Desk support for SAP Finance applications, which includes: troubleshooting tickets, regression testing for system changes, updating documentation, working with offshore resources assigning tickets and providing subject matter expertise, as well cross-training with other team members to learn other areas of SAP. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 1 year of SAP application maintenance experience 1 year of SAP Finance business analyst experience required, with module experience in two or more of the following areas: AP, AR, FA, GL, CO, PCA 1 year experience with Remedy for ticket tracking 2 years experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Undergraduate degree requiredPreferred Skills: Semiconductor industry experience Accounting background Experience writing functional specifications for SAP system changes Business Objects training or experienceProfessional Skill Requirements: Strong communications and writing skills Focus on improving the process to reduce the effort for the support team over time Ability to work closely with client and external resources Ability to multi task with more than one project in work at the same timeTo submit resume online Click Here Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
