We contract with states and other government agencies to provide care for over two million individuals. Working with physicians and other care providers, we ensure that our members obtain the care they need with a coordinated approach.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare, process and maintain new member or group enrollments
- Load new member or group data into the enrollment database and update the database with changes
- Respond to member eligibility or group questions and verify enrollment status
- Work with various types of member correspondence
- Reconcile eligibility discrepancies, analyze transactional data and submit retroactive eligibility changes
- Responsible for inventory control of member and group transactions
- Coordinate, supervise and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit

- MS Word and Excel experience required1 year of experience working in a Windows based environment is required
- 1 year of experience following workflow processes and implementing changes that will maintain or increase productivity is required
- Experience issuing oral and written instructions involving departmental operations is preferred
- Health insurance experience, Supervisory experience, and a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
