Primary Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, process and maintain new member or group enrollments
  • Load new member or group data into the enrollment database and update the database with changes
  • Respond to member eligibility or group questions and verify enrollment status
  • Work with various types of member correspondence
  • Reconcile eligibility discrepancies, analyze transactional data and submit retroactive eligibility changes
  • Responsible for inventory control of member and group transactions
  • Coordinate, supervise and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • MS Word and Excel experience required1 year of experience working in a Windows based environment is required
  • 1 year of experience following workflow processes and implementing changes that will maintain or increase productivity is required
  • Experience issuing oral and written instructions involving departmental operations is preferred
  • Health insurance experience, Supervisory experience, and a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
