We are currently seeking a Manager, Broker Systems for our Harrisburg office. This role is responsible for overseeing the broker commission payout process. You will manage system set-up, maintenance and the payout process, while looking for process improvement. This is a highly visible role dealing with business partners across the corporation, relationship building with vendors and motivating a dynamic team!
Job Requirements include:
- Demonstrated performance and 5+ years leadership experience is required.
- BA or equivalent experience required.
- Excellent leadership, process improvement, communication and relationship management skills needed.
- Knowledge of accounting system software preferred (i.e. PeopleSoft)
- Ability to work with automated systems and databases (i.e. Access, Excel).
- Commission system payout experience preferred (i.e. ACOM).
- Team building and motivational skills required.
