Mechanical Designer/CAD Operator



Our client based in Marietta , OH has an immediate opportunity for a Mechanical Designer with ProE and Solidworks experience.

Document & support the mechanical components & systems related to products being integrated into the site. This position includes the design interpretation of specification,goals,documentation to verify manufacturability of components & product. Must be technically competent, using independent judgment!
Associates degree required along with a minimum of five years experience in the design of mechanical systems. Knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing techniques & machinery. Expereince with CAD software, including PRO-E, Solid Works & Cadkey.
Must be able to pass a drug test & background check. This is a 40 hour a week temporary assignment that is on-going. Please email jberger@mancan.com or call 740-373-9675 ANYTIME

· Duties: Design interpretation of specs, goals, manufacturability of components, and system integration. Prepare, support, and maintain drawings using ProE, Solidworks, and CAD Key.
· Experience with maintaining BOM's, FPS, PSS, and routings.
· Experience with various engineering documents and work instructions.
· Experience in an integration project.
· Associates degree required with 5 yrs experience in the design of mechanical systems.
· Experience with sheetmetal.
· Must have good computer experience including PDF creation.
