Customer Care Full Time and Part Time: TOC Chauffeured Transportation

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for interacting with our clientele in a positive and lively manner. Accuracy is tantamount to our business, so you will be able to quickly distill information and accurately enter it into our system. You are the "voice" of our organization, and set the tone for our clients' experience from beginning to end. You will also interact with our dispatch and billing departments to provide outstanding customer service at all times. You must be resourceful and willing to resolve any situation to the best of your ability.

Responsibilities:

Answering the phone quickly with a smile

Keying trip data into our operating system

Taking changes to existing trips

Providing rate quotes

Resolving billing inquiries and providing trip receipts

Assessing travel time to various areas

Processing completed trips for payment

Retaining as much information as possible in order to recognize callers and their needs.

Qualifications:

HS degree required, some college desirable

Knowledge of MS Office and Xcel

Excellent data entry skills

Excellent oral/written skills

Prior experience in travel or hospitality a plus
