The assignment duration varies from one client to the next covering a date range of mid November 2009 – April 2010.

The right candidate will have excellent diction, awesome customer service skills and a strong desire to succeed. Ability to respond to people on the telephone with courtesy, tact, warmth, patience, and a creative problem-solving approach a must.

You will have a series of exams to complete including a script reading exam. ONLY those candidates that successfully pass ALL PARTS of the exam process will be considered. A criminal background check will also be given.

Qualifications and requirements include:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Excellent Diction

· Excellent Customer Service Skills

· Intermediate use of Microsoft Office

· Must pass a grammar and spelling assessment

· 2-3 years call center experience

· Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Prospective candidates must be articulate and possess a professional demeanor and appearance. Candidates must also be able to work a flexible schedule.
