Location and team

KEMA Services, Inc. is seeking an Energy Efficiency Assistant Operations Manager to be based in our offices in Las Vegas, Nevada. Join the team that is helping NV Energy's Sure Bet commercial, industrial and governmental customers save energy and money.

The successful candidate would work closely with the Director and Operations Manager to facilitate the day-to-day operations of a program directed at providing energy efficiency services for commercial and industrial customers in NV Energy service territory.

Tasks will include

• Development and oversight of program operations protocols
• Working closely with team to monitor program metrics, maintain quality, and to develop recommendations to improve the processes as needs are identified.
• Technical support reviewing various energy saving proposals
• Responsible for the program reporting
• Oversee timely incentive applications processing
• As needed presentations to customers and trade allies
• Preparation of written reports.

What we're asking

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in an analytical or engineering area or equivalent; five to ten years of program management experience, specifically with utilities, government and/or energy efficiency; strong organization and process orientation; solid communication skills as demonstrated by experience with presentations, papers or other public forums; adept report-writing and computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Access. Should be comfortable working in a high paced environment managing competing demands and deadlines. An energy efficiency background with a solid knowledge of energy efficient technologies and building practices is required.

This is a US-based position; applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S.
