JOB PURPOSE

Work closely with the web production team and eCommerce Associate Producer to create and update web content for two websites using a customized WebSphere Commerce Engine. Ownership and coordination of QA testing and detailed calendaring to ensure site accuracy. Responsible for meeting production deliverables on a day-to-day basis..

PRIMARY JOB TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities
  • Supports eCommerce Associate Producer and production team by managing all content, assets, and products for every publishing event using WebSphere.
  • Help Manage Production Calendar details
  • Coordination of team QA: Drives communication of effort to check content for errors (proofreading, testing and maintaining accuracy of web content) in both Staging and Production environments. QA and fix all errors on both environments for accuracy. Check all images, copy, promotions, and site functionality.
  • Manage timelines and dependencies for publishing pushes to the e-Commerce sites.

  • Manage daily maintenance and uploads to site requested by merchandising, marketing, and production. Resorting products, top sellers, changing out homepage image assets, updating promotions.

Other Responsibilities

· Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

· 1-2 years of data production experience/online retail experience

· Basic technical understanding of internet technologies.

· Site maintenance and troubleshooting.

· Understand sense of urgency & prioritization.

· Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel).

· Excellent communication skills.

· Undergraduate degree preferred
