
Responsibilities/Description: Position Scope: The Client Invoicing Clerk is responsible for identifying and processing the Corporation's contract milestone billings and supporting Global Business Services in improving process/procedures and internal controls. The scope of responsibilities related to client invoicing include: Processing milestone/progress and final invoices for Trade and Inter-company clients Completing timely and accurate reconciliations Analyzing subsidiary Account Receivable to the General Ledger.
This position will report to the Supervisor, Client Invoicing - Global Business Services, and will work closely with Project Management, Inside Sales Analysts, Credit and Collections, Cash Application, and various Dresser-Rand Operations personnel to ensure accurate invoicing and other pertinent information for internal and external stakeholders.

Required: The legal authorization to work in the United States for any U.S. employer A minimum of 4 year/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting Highly organized, motivated, and detail oriented. Strong ability to multi-task demonstrates experience in project and time management. Analytical skills, ability to visualize the "big picture" as well as problem solving skills Knowledge of GAAP Proficient in MS Office
Preferred: Knowledge of Oracle Prior experience
Job Specific Responsibilities/Qualifications: Position Requirements: Handle basic knowledge of Letter of Credit for certain billing transactions Customer Maintenance within CSS System Close Accounts Receivable within Oracle System Reconcile Accounts Receivable to General Ledger and analyze as needed Daily reconciliation of Sales for Olean, NY and Wellsville, NY, distribute finalized reports timely High-level clerical/administrative skills Experienced, appropriately professional, quick and accurate, adaptable to change, interested in company, department, and personal improvement and growth Ability to work with time contraints with minimal direction or independently as appropriate Willing and able to provide guidance to, and share experience/knowledge with others Exceptional interpersonal written and verbal skills
