Job Description: Perform molding, demolding and other manufacturing related duties as a required guidance of Production Supervisor.

Position Requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years recent experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow written instruction
• Good oral and communication skills
• Average computer skills
• Ability to work as a team member
• Good problem solving skills
• Proven safety record

**Material Processor-Conversion

Job Description: To convert raw PVA castings to finished brushes.

Position Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to see at distance of 20 inches or less to inspect
• Ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus
• Ability to use tweezers to remove dirt particles from product
• Ability to read and work from work instructions and drawings
• Written and oral English communication skills

**Quality Control Technician I & II

Job Description: To perform quality control inspections and test activities relating to products. Inspection efforts shall include handling and inspecting products for acceptability.

Position Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years related experience. QCII-two plus years
• Ability to see at distance of 20 inches or less to inspect
• Ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus
• Ability to use tweezers to remove dirt particles from product
• Ability to read and work from work instructions and drawings
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software preferred
• Analytical skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
