Executive Loan Advisor



We seek contract commercial (and some residential) lending opportunity underwriters. We seek qualified, local underwriters to work on a contractual basis to fully underwrite our proposed loan opportunities. "Fully underwrite" means run analysis and complete financial spreads (Moody's or otherwise - you must have your own software), run SWOT analysis and provide credit memorandum based on information provided with recommendations for further information desired and full financial output including global cash-flow of the borrower seeking finance. May include analysis of multiple tax returns from numerous entities, different K-1's and financials from similarly owned companies or entities.

Please only respond if you are currently underwriting commercial mortgages and have the ability to provide ALL the requirements as listed above.

Cost per loan file is negotiable based on experience but is anticipated to be $300 - $800 per file for standard underwriting and an hourly bonus for more complicated deals.
